Jedai had been having many flashbacks lately. He seemed to be longing for past glories. His marriage was really in trouble.

He thought about the Nigerian princess he had met at a night club, they had fallen for each other on sight. What was it about him that attracted women of all ages. His long suffering wife had given up on him, she had even stopped making his meals, figuring that he was being fed by a different woman every day. Love making had long ceased, in any case she had lost interest after a very early menopause.

Jedai and the princess were inseparable during the day, so much so that his work was suffering. But it was over all too soon. She flew back to Los Angeles, where she was a college professor.
