Focus on Disability Foundation UK last week presented a new wheelchair to David who suffers from cerebral palsy.

13 year old David is a student at Children’s Developmental center in Surulere, Lagos state, Nigeria, who loves talking to people and watching television. He never gives into his disability and stays positive by having fun any way he can. However his comfort was being compromised due to the absence of a suitable wheelchair suited to his particular needs.

Now thanks to the thoughtful gesture by Focus on Disability,  David has the right chair to suit his needs.

The new wheelchair was presented to him by Mr Bamidele Ojo one of the organisation’s representative in Nigeria.

Executive Director, Abbey Paseda said “Our goal is to give people with disabilities the equipment they so desperately need.

This specialized wheelchair will give David the support and positioning he need”
